MUSIGA Commends VVIP For Anti-Drug Abuse Campaign

The attention of the Musicians’ Union of Ghana has been drawn to an anti-drug abuse campaign by VVIP; the union wishes to congratulate the group on the initiative and would like to add her voice to the Call for our youth to stay away from illicit drugs and the abuse of prescription medication.

The Union is grateful to the group for its efforts at making Ghana a better place for the youth and the general populace and uses this medium to urge her members to use their fame, place, influence and music to affect society positively. MUSIGA calls on her members to support the move and ensure the success of the campaign.

The Musicians’ Union recognizes the detrimental effects drug abuse is having on many a Ghanaian youth and throws its unflinching support behind ‘VVIP’ on this laudable campaign.

MUSIGA is humbly calling on Political and Religious Leaders, Non-Governmental Organizations, Media Houses, Musicians, Individuals etc. to equally support this campaign in the fight against the use of illicit drugs and the abuse of prescription
